Maud Mangin

I am a joyful mother of two, a yoga teacher, a ceramics artist, and an Intuitive Energy Therapist-working one on one with folks to support their own desired life transformations. Yoga has been the foundation that supports the joy, the abundance, the passion and the purpose that makes my life so fulfilling. I love to share my practice with others. In 2004 I participated in my first consistent Yoga class, and from there realized it was a natural fit for me. As a sometimes depressed and anxious college student, it was exactly what I needed to feel a sense of stability and connection to life. I began the asana (or physical practice of Yoga) around the same time that I was introduced to both Zazen Meditation and Energy Work. I maintained a structured meditation practice for several years, and continue to add mindfulness sitting practice as well as tools that I have learned to increase my awareness all throughout the day. The combination of these three practices have illuminated my life in ways that I never expected.

My 200hr yoga training was done at Kripalu, a well-known school in Massachusetts, in 2008. I participated in the training for self-improvement purposes, and in 2016 began offering classes in Central Wisconsin at a variety of locations. My gentle style focuses on form and structure, with flowing transitions, breath guidance, and a few minutes of supportive and healing guided Shivasana. I look forward to expanding my offerings, my trainings, and my circle of clients. Namaste! Book appointments the Maud@discoveranahata.com.
