June Yoga Classes

We are opening our doors! Please bring your own yoga mats. Hand sanitizer will be available.

IN-PERSON CLASSES:

Mondays, 9am, Gentle Yoga with Tammie Jo, 5 weeks for $45 paid at first class June 1 or $10/week.

Tuesdays, 4:30pm, Gentle Yoga with Tammie Jo, 5 weeks for $45 paid at first class June 2 or $10/week.

ONLINE OPTION:

  • Thursdays - 8:30am, 30 minutes, Morning Yoga, easing into your day. Instructor Tammie Jo, Dates: June 5, 12, 19, 26, 4-week session - $30. You must pre-register/pre-pay for this class so a Zoom link can be sent to you.

TYPES OF YOGA

Gentle Hatha Yoga - a practice of yoga postures and breathing exercises which help bring peace to the mind, body and spirit

Restorative Yoga - A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for several minutes, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.

Kripalu Yoga - Kripalu Yoga is a practice in personal alignment-in body, mind, and spirit. It serves as a platform to bring awareness and reverence to the body, to the breath, and also to the nature of the mind. In developing awareness of, and connection to self, a person's life can become a beautiful expression of love and inner peace

Ashtanga Yoga - a yoga to build core strength and tone the body

Vinyasa Yoga - a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga

Power Yoga - a vigorous, fitness based yoga
